Plain English, because you are handing over your phone number and photos of your car.
What is collected
When you request a quote: your name, mobile number, suburb, the vehicle details you enter, any notes you add, your preferred call time, and the photos you choose to send. Nothing else.
Browsing this site sends your details to nobody. There are no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics. Every font, image and script is served from this site itself, so simply reading a page does not hand your IP address to Google or anyone else. That is unusual, and it is deliberate.
Why it is collected
Solely to prepare your quote and to contact you about it. Condition drives price in detailing, so the photos exist to let Jayden quote accurately rather than guess.
Who can see it
Jayden. Quote requests are stored privately and are not published, sold, or shared with anyone else. Photos are never posted publicly as work examples unless you are asked and you agree.
How long it is kept
Quote requests and photos are kept while your enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so Jayden can honour a quote or handle a follow-up job. Ask and it will be deleted sooner.
Text messages
If you use the “text photos” option, the message is composed on your own phone and sent through your normal mobile carrier. That message and its photos live in your phone and Jayden’s phone, the same as any other text.
Getting it removed
Call or text 0427 067 960 and ask. Your details and photos will be deleted, and you do not need to give a reason.
Changes
If this changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
